In this video, we go over the tools, materials and equipment you’ll need to get started. The following equipment is required while working with Boral's Versetta Stone®:
- Safety glasses
- NIOSH-approved N95 series dust mask
- Gloves
- Ear protection
- Hard hat
- OSHA-approved grinding face shield
- High visibility vest
- Steel toed boots
To install Boral Versetta Stone® you will need:
- Hammer or mallet
- Nail gun or drill
- Fasteners
- Masonry saw or grinder
- Level
- Screwdriver
- Chalk line
- Brush
- Tape measure
- Tin snips
- Unpainted galvanized metal flashing or galvanized expanded metal lath
- PL Premium construction adhesive
While either a nail gun or drill is okay to use, we’re using a drill in this video demonstration.
