Meet The Next Generation Net Zero Home<\/em>, a stunning show home dressed in our Sierra Ridge Roman Castlestone by Pangaea\u00ae Natural Stone located in Kelowna, BC! We\u2019re proud to be affiliated with a project that is part of the Net Zero Home Initiative.<\/p>\n

\u201cNet Zero Homes, whether new or renovated, produce as much clean energy as they consume. They are up to 80% more energy efficient than typical new homes and use renewable energy systems to produce the remaining energy they need. Every part of the house works together to provide consistent temperatures throughout, prevent drafts, and filter indoor air to reduce dust and allergens.
